During registration, the client will accept an agreement for legal services.  Depending on the matter, the attorney may need the client to fill out a questionnaire or provide more information over the phone.  After registration, the attorney sends the client a confirmation letter through the online virtual law office system.  The letter will explain how the firm will assist the client and the legal fee for the services requested.  Client will review the letter, sign it, and upload it or return it to the attorney.  The client will be able to download or print the letter for their records.  After the attorney receives the signed letter, she will proceed in handling the matter for the client.   The client may choose to communicate with the attorney by telephone, skype, regular email, or through the online law office system.   The client can also use our online appointment scheduling calendar to schedule telephone meetings with the attorney.
